The firm recently obtained a summary judgment for an insurer in a lawsuit pending in the Wayne Circuit Court.  In the suit, the plaintiff alleged that the insurer illegally canceled her policy.  After a period of discovery, the Court agreed with the insurer that its actions complied with all applicable laws and regulations which obviated the need for a trial.
