On August 25, Warren Keller and Clayton Oswald completed a two-day trial in a motor vehicle accident case in Lexington, Kentucky in which they defended a client that rear-ended the plaintiff, who happened to be a lawyer.  The jury awarded a nominal amount of damages that was much less than the plaintiff’s settlement demand.
